ditowin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, at first withdrawal request, or at any point where the platform has reasonable grounds to question a player's age or identity. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. The following obligations apply to all ditowin account holders:
6.1 Deposits. All deposits to ditowin are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya and ₱500 via bank transfer. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within 30 seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 30 minutes for bank transfers.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ditowin does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours.
6.3 Verification Requirement. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed identity verification will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.4 Refused Transactions. ditowin reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that: (a) is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity; (b) is made using a payment method not registered in the player's verified name; (c) triggers AML thresholds; or (d) is associated with a bonus abuse investigation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ditowin content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ditowin software; or use any ditowin branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by ditowin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ditowin's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ditowin shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of business or contracts; (c) loss of data; (d) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses; or (e) losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms, the player's internet connection issues, or the player's use of third-party devices or software.
ditowin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, ditowin reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings. Real Money Balance at the time of termination will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, net of any amounts recoverable by ditowin under these Terms, subject to applicable AML requirements.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the ditowin platform, you should first raise it with ditowin's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function. ditowin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ditowin's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official player dispute mechanisms. ditowin is bound by PAGCOR's resolution outcomes in matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
The parties agree that Philippine law governs all disputes and that the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, except where PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction applies.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Republic Act No. 9287 (Illegal Numbers Games Law), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), along with all relevant PAGCOR regulations and circulars in force at the time.
ditowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ditowin will provide reasonable notice to active players via registered email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will always be accessible at ditowin.app/terms-conditions with the effective date of the most recent revision clearly displayed.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your Real Money Balance at any time before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
